Week 1: GROUND

Become deeply present in your current state & explore your “why”. Discover your favorite flavor of self-sabotage & dig into the science of habit change to finally get out of that rut.

Week 2: NOURISH

Optimize digestion and improve sleep as you learn to nourish yourself in a way that increases energy & immunity. Finally understand your hunger cues & how to feed your physical body while also nurturing your emotional body.

Week 3: REJUVENATE

Align with nature's rhythms and your body will literally rejuvenate itself while you sleep.  We'll work on common troubleshooting, and also support a sweet wind-down.

Week 4: FLOW

Your mornings set the stage for your day.  Wake up and support yourself with routines that nurture the person you want to be.  We'll explore simple ways to feel more joy, strength, stamina, and flexibility in body, mind, & spirit.  Clear the channels & get that energy moving. You'll WANT to jump out of bed!

Week 5: CONNECT

Our relationships with others change as we shift our own habits, things can get sticky. Explore how to receive the support you need to evolve while honoring the structures that currently exist.

Week 6: EAT

Here we'll deepen our connection with nourishing plants and whole foods.  Mother Nature supports us daily, and we'll explore how to embrace it for vitality.

Week 7: SENSE

You know your body better than anyone else.  Discover ways to nourish the senses on a daily basis, calming the nervous system, soothing the spirit & supporting immunity along the way. Dive into the bliss of self-massage as an opportunity to deepen that connection while providing yourself with exactly what you need.

Week 8: PAUSE

Sit and center yourself. Gain clarity on where you’re headed & what will truly serve you as you move forward.  Step out of the day's dramas and momentum to recharge and refresh your perspective.

Week 9: EASE

Let's do it all with ease.  It's not about getting an A+.  Embodying the most vibrant, fulfilling life you can takes time, patience, and conscious action.

Week 10: REFLECT

Time to reflect on where you started and celebrate how far you’ve come. What’s worked, what didn’t and how to support yourself as you move towards greater levels of thrive!
