Join me in a guided meditation to track your bodies subtle cues as you identify its need and create an action plan!

Healing is not a one time event, it is an ongoing process of moving through the layers. Acknowledging, processing and honoring emotions, experiences, subtle & not so subtle sounding of the body as dis-ease manifest either emotionally or physically in the body.

If we can take an approach of curiosity, non-judgement & action we can move into an empowered place when it comes to assessing, processing and nurturing the needs of the self.

Cultivating a time for connection is crucial for healing, connecting with others is also extremely powerful, as we can often feel alone in our struggles & personal journeys. So often though, we are truly part of a shared experience. When we are given the time to quiet our minds and go inward, we are able to tap into our inner wisdom that knows exactly the next step we need to take.

I've cultivated a space for us to be together, to explore what is needing attention & create an action plan to meet those needs. A time to support ourselves to go inward, yet to hold space for ourselves and others as we tap into the collective wisdom of our communities.
